By accessing and using Track My SkyCards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Track My SkyCards is a tool designed to help users track their aircraft collection and progress within the SkyCards ecosystem. We provide a platform for data visualization and collection management.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Accuracy and Third Parties
The Service utilizes aircraft data, statistics, and images that may be sourced from third parties or community-maintained databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information provided is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Track My SkyCards is not officially affiliated with Skycards.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track My SkyCards and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
